E-scooter riders have been warned as new figures revealed thousands of incidents of “highway disruption” and "inconsiderate behaviour" are being reported to police every year. Statistics released under the Freedom of Information Act showed that there has been more than 1,000 incidents involving the electronically-powered scooters as well as hoverboards and segways each year since 2016.
