From Cesar Sayoc, charged with mailing 14 pipe bombs to individuals because they were critical of President Trump, through Gregory Bush, charged with killing two individuals in Kentucky supermarket because they were black, to Robert Bowers, charged with massacring 11 people in Pittsburgh because they were Jewish, we must wrestle with this most elusive and unpredictable form of terrorism.
